The cathay is opened on 3rd oct 1939 as an Cinema and was reopened again with tons of shopping experiences packed in it other that the cinema!

The only thing that i do in cathay, is to shop till I drop and to enjoy the food and ambiance there. It's also a great place to slack, chill and of cause doing new year shopping.

Upon arrival, firstly would be a nice cup of coffee and toasts at Ya Kun which is located at #B1-23. Food there is delicious and it would be a nice head start before starting the shopping plan as food provide the energy needed for me to continue shopping for at least half a day before lunch!

Firstly, as a pair of slippers is needed for daily school and activities, NUMFlipFlop.com would be a nice head start and since it is located at the 1st floor, it'll be convinent even if you planned to get a pair before exiting the builind. NUMFlipFlop.com is located at #01-01. I always get a pair of flipflops from them even though they are abit more pricier than other brands, their flipflops are the best as they last me throughout the whole year.

Next stop, would be adidas! Packed with different cloths and accessories for different lifestyle and of cause different sport events! As Singapore is a humid country, getting dry tees from them would be good as it would be more cooling that other cotton tees. Not only that, their prices are affordable and of cause I love that brand.

Accessories like earrings and necklaces are a MUST get to match or even bling up outfits. Metallurgy offers a huge range of stainless steel accessories. As stainless steel does not corrode, water-proof and most importantly, it does not cause allegy to people. Thus for those who have sensitive ears and do not like silver or gold, they should consider coming to Metallurgy. As stainless steel jewellary are a must have for me, i am definalty getting some there.

Moving on would be Black Alice. It is convinent for me as it is just right beside Metallurgy. Known for it's gothic fashion, it has tons of famous Japanese Lolita brands. For people,like me who like gothic fashion, this is a must go as it carries a lot of cute and affordable products.

Next, I would be off to DigiSkin to do up my gadgets like my handphone. Doing skins are also good because they not only protect my phone, it also add colors and even bling up my phone.

Next stop is StarBucks coffee. While waiting for my phone getting it's new skin and after a tired shopping trip, a trip to starbucks is a must. Love it's hot chocolate. The soothing drink and the comfy seat will set me day dreaming and thus allowing me to rest for awhile before contiuning my journey. Cakes, pies and salad available there is also superb and afforable.

Next, I would be off to DigiSkin to do up my gadgets like my handphone. Doing skins are also good because they not only protect my phone, it also add colors and even bling up my phone.

After resting awhile, instead of shopping, I would also visit E2Max@TheCathay. It has tons of entertaining exciting games. It is also packed with the lastest digital facilities. As some guy friends dislike shopping with me &my girlfriends, having E2Max@TheCathay is great as we can bond and spend some time playing together instead of only shopping.

After playing for about an hour plus, a new hairdo for the coming festive season is necessary. At Salon Inspiration, not only i can choose the hair color that is suitable for me, they have a hair spa area which has superb ambiance and they are using my favourite shampoo, RedKen. Service there is superb as well as they put piority to their customers.

Lunch cum dinner would come after a hair make over at BillyBombers. Not only the serving is big, it is afforable and pleasent place with friendly stuffs. What more can you ask for after a tiring day?

After meals, off to collect my blinged cell phone and then its time to go off.
